Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the annual sales performance target, formulate annual, monthly and weekly work plans, and complete the daily work log;

2. Actively participate in various trainings provided by the company, strive to improve their own work level, and regularly complete quantitative work performance goals;

3. Be able to independently complete customer reception, formulate technical solutions according to customer requirements, business negotiation and contract signing according to the company's sales business operation process and management system;

4. Strive to expand the network of new customers, develop potential customers, increase the sales scope of products, and achieve the sales performance target of the responsible area or product in charge;

5. Regularly return to old customers, deal with problems raised by customers in a timely manner, continuously improve and maintain customer relationships, manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers;

6. Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information in the jurisdiction, including customer needs, competitors, new product development, etc., and timely feedback to the company's superiors;

7. The funds responsible for the sales payment are recovered;

8. Maintain and improve the company's e-commerce platform and expand the business network through multiple channels;

9. Organize and implement product exhibition participation matters, including exhibit preparation, booth construction, and participation in various places;

10. Complete other work arrangements arranged by the company leaders.


Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in machinery, mechatronics, electrical, textile, dyeing and finishing, non-woven, papermaking, etc.

2. Cheerful and optimistic, full of positive energy, positive, with good market analysis and judgment ability;

3. Proficient in using various basic office software, especially PPTWORDEXCELFOTOSHOP and other processing software;

4. Have good communication, coordination and communication skills, articulate clearly, and standard Mandarin;

5. The work is practical and serious, the response is fast and keen, and the sense of responsibility is strong;

6. More than 3 years of work experience, sales experience in mechanical complete sets of equipment is better;

7. If the applicant is a fresh graduate, he must have a bachelor's degree or above, rank among the top 10 in the whole grade, or have served as a class cadre, student union cadre, member of a community organization, etc., and members of the Communist Party of China are preferred;

8. Strong physical adaptability, can meet the requirements of frequent business trips, and have good pressure resistance and execution ability.
