Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's research and development tasks and objectives, formulate a research and development schedule, and organize the implementation until the products are successfully put on the market within the specified time;

2. Be responsible for the sales situation of products put on the market, and conduct product training for personnel in sales, after-sales service, manufacturing, quality and other related positions;

3. Compile and organize product production process, production drawings and instruction manuals, and be responsible for the continuous optimization of product performance;

4. Organizing the establishment of management documents and applications for equipment R&D design, production technology, quality requirements, etc. of the counterpart industry;

5. Optimize the process of the products in charge and control the production cost;

6. Responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's new technology introduction and product development work to ensure the advanced technology;

7. Responsible for guiding, handling, coordinating and solving technical problems in the process of project research and development, and revising and improving work guidance standards;

8. Responsible for organizing the professional evaluation of technical achievements and technical economic benefits;

9. Regularly report the R&D plan and staged work results of R&D to the general manager and technical R&D director of the company;

10. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanism technology, mechatronics and other related majors;

2. More than five years of work experience in non-standard product design, familiar with the research and development process of non-standard automation equipment, extensive knowledge, keen thinking, automation equipment, textile printing and dyeing equipment, non-woven fabric equipment, papermaking equipment, rubber and plastic equipment, metallurgical cold rolling Those with relevant design experience in equipment and other complete machine products are preferred;

3. Those who have team management experience are preferred.
