Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management of the machining factory;

2. Develop production plans according to customer needs, arrange production according to the plan, and meet customer delivery dates;

3. Manage the efficiency, quality and work attitude of employees in the department, formulate department KPIs, and supervise the completion of implementation;

4. Lead the improvement of productivity by eliminating non-value-added activities, eliminating waste and integrating production.

5. Carry out quality improvement activities, on-site 6S activities, etc., improve on-site management and quality, and ensure that all audits are passed;

6. Organize employee basic knowledge training, safety training, work discipline training;

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Mechanical related major, college degree or above, management experience in organic processing industry;

2. Familiar with 9001 quality management standard system and enterprise standardization system;

3. Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure and teamwork spirit.
