Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the system process management of the final assembly plant and the implementation of the company's decision-making.

2. Responsible for the safety control of the final assembly plant.

3. Responsible for the quality management of final assembly production, improve quality and production efficiency.

4. Production delivery management, implement material pulling, improve the efficiency of final assembly, and monitor the progress of final assembly.

5. Lean production cost control.

6. Staff training and training.

7. Complete other work arranged by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. Major in machinery, college degree or above, and have experience in managing large and medium-sized equipment or vehicle assembly teams.

2. Possess strong planning control ability, strong execution ability, and quick response to the implementation of production instructions.

3. Result-oriented, dare to speak and act.
