The fabric enters between the middle heated mirror roller and the stepless pressure regulating roller below through tension control. After the first calendering of the fabric, the fabric is pre-shrinked by the cooling water roller and opened by the rubber bending roller, and then enters the heated mirror roller and the roller. Secondary calendering is performed between the stepless pressure regulating rolls above, and finally the fabric is wound or dropped by the cloth discharge device. This technology can make the fabric calendered in one time to obtain the effect of four times of ordinary calendering.
